The Santhid (Santhidus naladanae) is a creature that is very rare in Rosharan waters. Scholars such as Naladan have devoted their life to studying them without ever obtaining a good look.

I have greatly enjoyed creating fan art of The Stormlight Archive and wanted to depict some of the plant and animal life.
